Returns
Our main goal (besides offering you awesome clothing) is quality and customer service. If at any time you aren't happy with the quality of one of our products because it is defective or damaged, please return it within 15 days for a full refund and return shipping label.
If there is nothing wrong with the item, you simply had a change of heart, no problem! Just return the item within 15 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs)
Any returns after 15 days will result in a exchange or store credit (minus shipping costs)

Steps for return:

1) Notify us via email at support@wacknstack.com with a brief description of your damaged or defected product and a photo showing the damage.

2) We will then email you a return shipping label so you can return the product back to us and receive a refund.

Exchanges
If the item you ordered just needs to be exchanged for a different size, we will be happy to exchange it for you, just pay the shipping.

Steps for exchange:

1) Notify us via email at support@wacknstack.com with your name, purchase you made, and size, as well as the size you would like to exchange it for.

2) Ship it back to us at

Policy To be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was damaged or defected.
