- Deer Steaks
- Olive Oil
- McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
- Fresh Garlic
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Worcestershire Sauce
DIRECTIONS
Take your deer steaks and brush a little bit of olive oil on both sides.
Add your Montreal Steak Seasoning to both sides. NOTE: This seasoning is pretty strong, so don't go too heavy like you would using a meat church type seasoning.
Then add fresh garlic and red pepper flakes to one side. As you can tell I don't measure, so add to your liking.
Lastly, add a few dashes of Worcestershire Sauce to one side. NOTE: Worcestershire Sauce can also be quite strong so just a few dashes will do.
Now while this is marinating, turn on your barbeque and cook to your liking. We recommend for about 12 minutes or 145* This marinade doesn't have to sit on very long. 15 minutes and you will achieve great flavor!
